Led Cattle Section Conditions of Entry

This will be a Covid Safe Event- please stay home, if you are feeling unwell, have any Covid symptoms, or been in contact with any confirmed Covid cases.

2. All Led Cattle must be weighed on Monday 22nd July 2024 one week before the competition. Please complete the weight declaration form. Stewards reserve the right to re-weigh cattle at their discretion.

3. All bulls 6 months and over must have a nose ring and be led by the nose ring and halter. Bulls under 6 months must have a nose ring or grip. All other cattle must have nose ring or grip.

4. All handlers must be capable of handling and controlling any animal in their care. TPAMA Inc. holds each exhibitor responsible to maintain a safe place and system of work during their occupation of any area of the Showgrounds. Any unsafe work practices must be reported to the Co-ordinators or TPAMA officials.

5. The coordinators, Judge and/or Stewards reserve the right to reject any entries not considered suitable for the competition. In the case of insufficient numbers being nominated in any class or breed the committee retains the right to suspend or combine classes at its discretion at any time.

6. TPAMA Inc reserves the right to substitute vouchers / products for money for prizes.

7. All exhibitors must have current & paid-up public liability insurance and it must cover travelling to Shows.

8. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, the TPAMA committee will refund nomination money if the exhibitor advises of their inability to attend if notification is given to the TPAMA office by phone, or email prior to 5pm Friday 19th July 2024.

9. The TPAMA Inc will not be responsible for any accidents, damage, death, loss, alteration or omission that may be caused through, or by, an exhibit or exhibitor, and it shall be a condition of entry that such exhibitor will hold the Association blameless and indemnified against legal proceedings arising out of such accident, damage, death, loss, alteration or omission. If you are unsure about the effect of this clause, please seek your own legal advice at your own cost prior to entering the event.

10. The Judge’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with the Judge about their decision or its merits.

11. The TPAMA Inc make a commitment that, if three or more individual vendors in any breed group are represented, we will run that section individually. Outside of our standard Bos Indicus and Bos Taurus grouping.

12. Proof of registration of Stud Cattle to be in by Monday 21 July 2025

13. To compete in an age class competition, you must be that age on that day.
