2026 Charters Towers Show

I confirm all my electrical items have current safety tags OR I don't have any electrical items.

I am aware I cannot not sell any banned goods (QCAC banned list available online or can be collected from from TPAMA Office). I understand if I sell banned goods, the Space Steward has the discretion to ask me to leave with no refund.

I confirm that I fully indemnify the Towers Pastoral Agricultural and Mining Association Inc. from any liability, not limited to but including, claims made/liability arising from the products I/we sell; services I/we offer o provide to people or animals; or to any injury or loss sustained by anyone as a result of using my services or products or by virtue of visiting my business or reliance on my advertising, or, further, for any loss or injury I sustain as a result of being at or participating in the Charters Towers Show.

I agree it is TPAMA Inc. usual practice to collect private information from you during the course of Charters Towers Annual Show application and entry process. We only use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to us and for related, internal management purposes. We do not give information about you to government agencies, organisations or anyone else unless one of the following applies: You have consented; You expect us to or we have told you we will. For example. Show results and names may be published; It is required or authorised by law; It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody's life or health; or the Disclosure is reasonably necessary for law enforcement or for the protection of public revenue.

I understand that the completion of this form DOES NOT guarantee space will be available. I note that I will be notified if space is NOT available. I also agree to be bound by the Space Steward's decision in matters regarding space allocation.

I confirm the information provided to TPAMA above is true and correct. I acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the general Terms and Conditions of the Charters Towers Show given to me with this contract and I confirm I have read them prior to signing this application. I know that if I am in any doubt about the legal consequences of signing this contract, I can seek my own legal advice at my own cost, prior to signing this contract. I note that this application, accompanied by a deposit, non-refundable after Ist July 2026, must be returned to the Show Secretary by 30th June 2026 unless prior arrangements have been made. I agree to pay all outstanding charges owed by me by Midday 28 July 2026.
