Camping

$35 for 3+ nights (Friday to Tuesday night)
Full payment for camping required at time of booking.
Applications will be accepted for Caravans, Tents, Goosenecks, Floats & Trucks with approved camping bodies which are used for camping purposes.
Limited camping outside the grounds on closed streets. Camp fees will also apply to these areas also.
Please note: It’s important NOT to block the loading ramp that’s on the corner of Show Street and Clarke Street.

Christmas Fair Stall Application
Select options $22.00This year’s Christmas Fair will be held on Friday 21 November from 4pm – 9pm.
Stallholders are invited to be part of this wonderful event and applications are now open. Huge crowds are expected and having a stall at the Christmas Fair is not just fun, it’s a chance to grow your business, share your creations, and celebrate the season with the community.
If you don’t currently have Public & Products Liability Insurance, please complete the APPLICATION FOR UNINSURED STALL HOLDERS, BUSKERS & ENTERTAINERS and attach with your application.

Competitor Passes
Select options $0.00Show Dates: Sunday 27, Monday 28 & Tuesday 29 July, 2025
Passes must be collected from the Secretary’s Office Sunday 27 July after 7am.
No-one will be allowed on the grounds without a pass.
Complimentary Passes: 1 per Rider
Additional Adult Passes may be purchased at a special Competitors rate of $10 for the duration of the show.
For children accompanying competitor’s parents, passes are $5 for the duration of the show.
Armbands must be work at all times. -
Dressage & Quartpot Challenge Nomination

Tickets are non-refundableAll riders must sign the Waiver, Release & Acknowledgement and that can be done online while submitting your nomination.
Horse Health Declarations must also be completed not more than 3 days prior to the event. Declarations can be done online or collected from the Secretary’s Office.
